This site was designed for use with MS Internet Explorer 6. I'd suggest getting the latest version of Internet Explorer if you haven't already. I've also tested this site with Mozilla FireFox 0.9 without any errors. The custom scrollbars won't work in anything other than MS Internet Explorer, though. This site is best viewed at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels at 32 bit-per-pixel True Color, with a high-speed internet connection, a cold bottle of Barq's root beer, and a Fudge Round. If you're, like, two decades behind the times and still don't have a mouse with a scrollwheel... then I'd highly recommend getting one. Navigating this site is much easier with one. If you don't have one, you might want to consider any of MS's line of wheel mice. I highly recommend them. Also... as you can see, this site is quite dark. If you're used to brightly-colored sites and/or are a n00b computer user (:P), you might want to consider tweaking the settings on your monitor to get the best view of this site.
